We chose them for a simple reason: during our first townhouse audit, they inspected the AC and provided clear recommendations for action. However, we decided not to replace the AC at that time. I selected AirXperts purely based on the amount of positive online comments. I didn't think I would be dissapointed and I wasn't. I had my outdated ducted system replaced with a new energy efficient Daikin Inverter system. Very professional from start to finish. Had the absolute pleasure of having the team here today to install a Mitsubishi ducted aircon system, the job was done in a day and the team was so polite and professional (i have a 5 bedroom large area house) so i was expecting quite the mess, then was shocked wen i seen almost no mess, the boys even went out of there way to vacuum, definitely recommend the system works so well id rather not leave the house.
