Gary was extremely helpful. Quick clean professional service . He came to see what the problem was and told us that the motor was broken and we would need a new machine. He did not push us to buy a machine from him , gave us the best option we would need . We were not going to look elsewhere and had him come and install the new machine . I highly recommend AirX .
