Disappointed with the lack of communication from Airworx. I've reached out multiple times about an issue with my ducted air conditioner, but they haven't responded. Poor customer service.
I contacted AirWorx Air Conditioning to come have a look at my Ducted air-conditioning unit at home to ensure we are all set for summer. He came within a couple days and was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to go through everything for us and guide us in the right direction. I highly recommend Airworx for all your air conditioning needs.
The guys at Airworx were truly professional, quick install and geat price. Highly recommend Joe and his team.
We got ducted aircon/heating system installed by Joe in our 3 bedroom house, and it was a great experience. He was very responsive and answered all the questions a first timer like myself had. His quality of work is good and he is very approachable. Good pricing and service. Would highly recommend, particularly if you're a first timer... it is a daunting process made easy by them!
Excellent installation, communication and competitive prices. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone thinking about getting air conditioning installed. We are delighted with our new ducted system.
