This is how Daniel left me. How am I supposed to live like this..and they charged me the $99 for this creep Daniel to come out and tell me that I have a leak. Which I already knew. Airworx Air installed all air conditioning units during construction of our new home (five units and three splits). The regular preventative maintenance cycle has begun and has been handled extremely well. Frank Belli was introduced by a text, with picture, from the office; he also sent a 'heads up' text with ETA and he arrived at that time!! Recently, my UV light malfunctioned within my air handler. As the product is still under warranty, Airworx dispatched Roshad F to perform the replacement. Roshad F arrived promptly, approximately 20 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment, and informed me of his estimated time of arrival. He diligently replaced the bulb within 45 minutes, demonstrating exceptional respect for my home. I highly recommend Roshad F as a reliable technician for Airworx.
This company is very dishonest. There’s maintenance program is worthless. Right after a routine maintenance call. I checked both AC units and they were disgusting. I had to do it myself. The whole year we had different agent saying that I need a new filter. Mind me it was changed 30 days prior to them coning by another tech agent from this company.
