Used this service in December and this week. Online booking was easy; you check-in, test, and receive your results in 15-20 minutes, about the same time it takes for a lovely village stroll to Purebread and back ;) There was no queue this time on a late weekday morning and we were helped by a lovely, friendly nurse
SLOW AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I suggest you go to Vancouver airport to get tested. I thought this would be a convenient way to get tested right in whistler village before my international flight. They charge $300 in advance and it was easy yo get an appointment and get swabbed. However results take MORE THAN 48 hours to come back and sometime 72 hours which makes it irrelevant for international travel that requires a faster turn around.
