We were trying to fly out of the havasupai reservation, and we learned at 8 am without any explanation that flights were cancelled for the whole day. Everyone ended up in a panic, there was a woman that was crying and said “I’m going to die here” What we thought was going to be a 10 minute flight, ended up being a 5 hour hike out of the canyon.

Used this independently owned helicopter to exit Supai, Arizona. First come first serve. $100 one way per person plug baggage/ $50 just baggage. 3 min ride to hilltop. Zero communication from staff in Supai. Zero costumer service. No interest in helping paying customers with questions or comments. No scheduling advice. No help whatsoever. It’s literally a set up for safety issues and violence. If it’s the only option you have. Fine. Just be prepared for total silence from staff and up to 8-12 hours wait. Good luck.

Flew with them 9-28-23. They where very busy so I understand why it took 11 hours to get a flight. However they took our bags at 10am and where told to just take our keys and wallet. Thinking we are about to get on a helicopter we didn’t think about sitting there all day. Everyone there didn’t have any supplies no food, water, clothes, etc. everyone was very frustrated. Spoke to 3 employees and asked how the processed work. Was told that locals and staff get on first but ONLY for the first hour. Then any employees or locals after the hour will wait just like the tourists. Well that was a complete lie. Waited over 6 hours. Price is well marked for a 5 minute ride.
