Last summer we had an issue where build up in our AC drip line caused the safety switch to turn off the AC unit. Ed helped us out that day and I felt his price was incredibly reasonable. He was kind and walked me through this issues so I could take care of it if it ever happened again. Fast forward to today, same issue occurred. Ed was one of the only companies that responded immediately when our AC went out! He charged for labor and parts only, not for the visit. And He made additional visits when our old unit continued to have issues to diagnose and repair the problem.

Thank you, Thank you Ed! You were quick to return my call even though it was late in the day, you showed up early, took time to explain my air conditioning issue and fixed the problem. On top of that you were so kind and you didn’t even comment on my messy bathroom and bedroom. Highly recommend Air Werks!
