After Airways Heating & Cooling replaced my furnace around January 2023, I noticed water accumulating on top of the unit, inside the furnace, and on the floor, accompanied by a musty odor. When I initially requested a fix, the owner resisted, claiming the issue was due to a clogged condensate drain pipe. I informed him the pipe was clear, but he was reluctant to act. Airways Heating and Cooling quoted me along with 5 other companies. We went with them because he did not try to upsell me and he seemed to be accurate and honest. One of my neighbors is a HVAC tech for another company and verified everything Airways said to be accurate. They installed a full new system for us including an AC unit and a new furnace. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and communicated well. I will definitely used them for my HVAC needs moving forward.
