Called to ask for help with electrical trouble, explained everything we could do before having to hire his services. Awesome customer service! 🫶
Our RV is 350 miles away and has black water tank issues. My husband spent 15-20 minutes on the phone with the service department. He was given a plethora of ways that we might be able to solve our problem. Not once did he feel like the person he was talking to was anxious to get him off the phone! It was refreshing to be treated kindly when getting information we weren't paying for. Most people we'd called before this RV company brushed off...THANK YOU!!!
I can't say enough good things about Ryan at Airway RV (ARV) and his customer service. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has been a huge help with advice on repairs. His replacement parts are reasonably priced, which has made maintaining our RV much more affordable. Ryan was also extremely patient and helpful to my niece, who lives in her RV and needed a lot of guidance. He took the time to explain things clearly, ensuring she felt confident. His kindness and expertise have been invaluable. Highly recommend!
Internet deal! Didn't disappoint. Viewed, negotiated and sealed the deal based on inspection. Luke did a very thorough walk through, explanation of the RV. Jesse and Jay wonderful to work with! Represented the RV and delivered on their word. Do not hesitate to do business with them. Seal of approval.
We had been having a fuel issue and engine light with our Fleetwood Expedition and our screen door latch had broken. We stopped in at ARV to pick up a new door latch and Ryan offered to diagnose the engine light fault. Unfortunately our Fleetwood diagnostic port was the round pin so was unable to do. But then our Fleetwood would not start. Ryan and his mechanic provided advise as to what the issue might be. Ryan invested some of his time as well.
