Worse service ever, they have called me to take a cd card from my sons machine, first they always call me when they are in front of my house with out previous advice & they know I work, second the person who is picking up the cd card wanted to enter my full house including the bedrooms!!! Third the person end up taking the machine from my daughter (minor) without asking if my son still needs the equipment!! Very rude and unprofessional stating that the equipment was her equipment!!!! As of now I am not impressed with Airway Management if I can give no stars I would do to the situation and run around. I was told 3 weeks ago from my child’s health insurance I should have been contacted or even received my child’s c pap machine today is aug 16 2023. I was contacted finally by Monday asking me if I preferred morning or afternoons. I honestly replied I don’t care what day or time I am available anytime of the day my 5 yr old child is near completely block from breathing. I am frustrated I believe any parent w... read more
