Great team of dentists, hygienists, and office staff. Very competent, thorough and nice!!! I have a fun time every time I go there.
I have been going here for years and always an treated very well. I went in because of pain under my bridge on the upper left side. I had a abscessed tooth on the front side of the bridge. After explaining the choices, I went with having him pull the tooth, as it was beyond repair. When I told them I was going to be gone for the next 3 weeks, they said they could do it right then. I have been going here for several years. Never missed a single payment and was never late in paying. Now I've been informed that I have to make a deposit before I can schedule my next appointment. Several things wrong with this. If you want to make a policy change, send out a notification to everyone at once. Let this fall on the dentists shoulders and not their staff. If you want to call me a thief, please do so to my face! It's easy to hide behind staff and let them take the fallout. This was a very poorly handled change.
