Staff & and doctors at this facility being compassionate does not mean just being kind, understanding, and caring.(and they seem to be) But just as important; is them to not take advantage of your emotional status to the degree that they gouge you with absorbent extra or high fees. (against logical sense they seem to do this also) At one time, you could make a call or get a call from the doctor as to follow-up and advice. That seems to no longer happen in our case.
