Excellent service on this third visit to try and figure out a difficult and puzzling problem with my a/c. These technicians and service manager are awesome!!! They didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and yet they came back multiple times until they figured out the problem. It was a real puzzler!! Not only did they never give up, they didn’t charge me a dime for all the extra trips it took to solve the mystery problem even though I offered to pay them for the additional trips.
