I went to AirVic pty ltd in Scoresby Vic to enquire about having a new Mitsubishi split system installed, (They are advertised as Mitsubishi experts). I was not given any information or pricing for what a new system was possibly going to cost. Instead the receptionist asked for my contact details so as to pass them onto Matt, one of their installers.
