Bradley arrived early, which was nice. He quickly identified the problem and quickly replaced the defective part, after agreed to pricing. He was very pleasant.

Fernando, the service rep sent out to trouble shoot our problem, called to let us know he was on the way. When he got here, he listened carefully to the description of our problem and knew exactly what needed to be done. He fixed it quickly and changed our HVAC filter which was due for replacement. Very knoweldgeable and courteous representative for AIrtron. We have their Essential Homecare Plus maintenance plan in place which is an excellent value for us.

Avoid Airtron — Paid $120 for a 30-Second Driveway Diagnosis My air conditioner started tripping the circuit breaker four times in 24 hours. When I called Airtron, I explained the exact issue on the phone, and they still charged me $120 upfront just to schedule a visit. The technician who showed up the next day never actually inspected the unit. After a long and frustrating experience with our HVAC system (not airtron related), I can honestly say the team at Airtron went above and beyond to make things right. A huge thank you to Scott, who arrived at our home at 8:00 AM and spent the morning thoroughly diagnosing the issue(s) and repairing all of them.
