Absolutely pathetic service. In the first place, the installation was very poor. My HVAC had always issues ever since we moved to the house one or the other way. This it was heating. The house is only one year old. We have two thermostats upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs motor isn’t working. It’s been weeks and they take forever to fix it. Received wonderful, quick service after discovering an issue with my dryer vent piping. The team from the office to the service team that came in and quickly fixed the issue, the day before the Christmas holiday. Thank you for your kindness and quick response was greatly appreciated.

Tim is professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind and efficient.
Eric C was fantastic. He came out to troubleshoot why my A/C and heater wasn’t turning on, and he was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough throughout the entire visit. After identifying the issue, he even took the initiative to check that all the zones were working properly. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about delivering the best service. I’ll definitely be asking for him again next time!
