Charles Opal from Airtron serviced our air conditioner today. Charles is always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had just called Airtron to let them know that our air conditioner was not working. Charles showed up to help us out and fix our air conditioner within an hour of our call. Our air conditioner drain pipe was clogged so he had to go to the store to purchase bleach to clean the pipe. Technician Mr. Thomas D. was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in completion of tune up along with advising on preventative tips to ensure continued working order until next tune up.
Customer service was great. The guys came and analyzed and fixed my AC quickly and also did a few extra things to make sure everything was working properly. They were very pleasant and professional.
