Doing the times of dealing with my AC for almost 3 months finally someone came through and seeing what was wrong and I feel that it was well taken care of. I appreciate everything that he has done and Goin forward in a good space with my air. Thanks to Shawn Bakke, thank you .
Thomas Draper arrived early this morning to do the pre-season check of our heating system under the Airtron Essential maintenance plan. He is very courteous and efficient and sent me a report by email the same day. We rely on Airtron to keep our HVAC system running in good order.
Was not getting power to ac unit and Fernando diagnosed the problem and resolved the connection to the ac. He explained in detail what had happened and was grateful for his knowledge of the situation. Good man to have on your team. Thanks Fernando!
