Chris and Cole were here performing the semi-annual maintenance, and installing a scrubber. Professional, on-time, courteous and friendly.
Chris and Cole did a great job.
We have the highest level annual service agreement and have only called them for service twice. Each time they failed miserably. First time was this past winter. It took them 4 weeks to service a unit that was not producing heat. Today (3/31) we called for our Spring Service and they informed us they would not be able to come until 7/8. Over 3 months. Unreal. We canceled our service agreement on the spot and they seemed relieved to have one less customer to worry about. Proceed with caution.
