Shahzad came right on time and spent time answering all of our questions. He was very polite and professional and gave thorough explanations for the issues we were having. We finally understand what we have to do to keep our home cooler
Van and David helped us out, replaced the capacitor, and helped us save money with their EHC maintenance plan.
Not quick to return phone calls for service.
My new home’s system is under warranty with Airton. My A/C went out and you would think one should be relieved because we have warranty, but then again we had never dealt with a company like this. They don’t consider warranty work an emergency and have no issues leaving someone with temperatures over 80s and a heat index higher than that. They don’t attempt to take care of your temporary needs like providing a portable AC or other alternatives. Very poor customer service skills.
