The tech (Dillion) was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and what was needed after inspection.
Hi, I just had an inspection and cleaning of my air conditioner system. Dylan was amazing as he inspected everything and provided photos and video of all that he worked on, and did a great job of explaining all that he did and the system itself. He also answered any questions I had about HVAC systems in general. I signed up for their customer loyalty program with all its perks. I would absolutely recommend Dylan and this company for any future use for myself and other customers! Thank you to this company!

In WA state, called an emergency number on a local HVAC company website (not Airtime). For whatever reason the number connected me to Airtime. It was past 8 PM. A guy answered (sorry didn't get his name). Dude was incredibly helpful, polite and professional. He answered a lot of my questions, pointing me in the right direction. Definitely a solid company! If I lived in Temecula area, Airtime would be the only HVAC company I'd use. Thank your Sir!
Very unprofessional made it late to my tenants appointment set a couple things that were wrong with my system. I never got a report back from them. They also never made it to my house for maintenance. Haven’t called back since.
