Very professional service received from Airtime Air Conditioning. Theo was very tidy, excellent at explaining the working of our unit. Look forward to seeing Theo when service is due. I can highly recommend Airtime.
Airtime Airconditioning serviced two Daikin reverse cycle air conditioners for me two weeks ago. Both Tim, the business owner, and his technician Theo provided exemplary service. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to either purchase or service an air conditioner before the real heat starts this summer
Just had my old air conditioner removed and replaced with a new Mitsubishi Electric 2.5 unit . Very happy overall with the results. I was given good advice about the outside unit which had to be lowered to give maximum performance. Tim and his two assistants Theo and Zach were very polite and well mannered and tidied up when finished. No hesitation in recommending this business.
What can I say? It took over 3 months to get our air conditioner repaired under manufacturers warranty. Airtime were unprofessional and showed no initiative in procuring replacement parts, and provided no updates on when I could expect the unit to be fixed. Then after they received the parts, they arrived to do the work over 2 hours late. If you own an AC unit, save yourself the aggravation and avoid them.
