Friendly, polite and courteous techs! Left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Would completely recommend dealing with this company.
This HVAC company is a total nightmare. They installed my new furnace and AC, and it's been nothing but problems since day one. The heat doesn't work right, and the AC barely cools the house. It's like they didn't even know what they were doing. Getting them to come back and fix it has been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Seriously.
I called Airtiki today and spoke to Chris about our AC. He set up an appointment for the afternoon and Dave arrived earlier than expected. Great service to date. We have ordered a new AC. Airtika arrived on time to complete the new install. Chris and crew were excellent to deal with and kept us informed as to what was happening. Today, Dryden came and installed a delay switch. Again great communication.
