Ray was extremely knowledgeable with what issue I had. Fixed it pretty fast.
Ray answered and promised to be at the house in an hour or so, he showed up 30 minutes later, a classic example of under promise and over deliver. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the capacitor, and our air conditioner was back in action. An excellent experience and I recommend his services when you have hvac issues.
Ray came out to address air flow to my front room. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. He was also very patient in explaining it to me since I am not familiar with this stuff. He arrived when he said he would, and fixed the problem. Within 20 min I could feel the difference. Highly, highly recommend. Outstanding job!
