I want to thank Justin for helping me so quickly! Caleb and “Slim” were courteous, answered all my questions, and took care of my request for adding a surge protector to the a/c unit! I just wanted to share with you that they conducted themselves professionally, and are part of the reason that I will be submitting my request form (and check) to have your company do my annual maintenance for a/c and heating! They serviced my old HVAC unit that was installed in 1998 they found a Freon leak in coils above furnace. I had them come back and give me a quote and they saved us hundreds. They are very professional and did an outstanding job. laid down tarps in hallway and cleaned up after themselves. New Grand Air HVAC works so much better than our old unit. I will recommended them to for any service or new unit replacement.

Excellent company for all your air-conditioning needs! We had an air conditioner go out at our church Two days before Labor Day weekend. Even though they already had a packed schedule, Justin worked it in and came out and repaired the unit to have it back up and going before Sunday . He came out the same day we called.
