Got installed in March a new inside/outside unit. Craig “was” professional...until I saw the rust left in my attic (have pictures) from the removal of my unit. Was promised during installation that it would be cleaned up, but was not. Items including washers/nuts, tape and package paper from new unit and insulation were left in my brand new drip pan as well, along with my paperwork on top of my sweating unit.
