Ripped me off for 100.00. Never mentioned service fee when got estimates. 480 dollars to put 20 dollars part in..tech came over for 15 minutes drank a gator aid used my bathroom walk Ed to my stove glanced at back and said he never had the part to fix it....3days later said they couldn't find part for it.asked for my 100 back....they refused. I gave them model and serial number over phone and they still sent tech over to take pictures of it..........total ripoff....should have checked for part before they sent tech.....gonna... read more
