Had the guys come over and get my heat working again! These guys were great and knew their stuff!
They were trying to charge me almost $1500 for a new compressor on warranty! That was for labor only, They charged me twice a year to service my unit "to keep the warranty up" which I was told by a different company that was unnecessary. They charged me 200 for a weekend call and told us it was our compressor after a power surge, and they unhooked it at the unit so we couldn't just let the unit rest and try it again but we couldn't because they unhooked it at the unit outside.
