Unscrupulous business practices!!!! Purchased the A/C tune-up deal to see if something was wrong with my central air. Technician came in after the 20 minute checkup and said, "Good news. You only need freon, but it will cost around $450". Then, 10 minutes after that, he returned to tell me that he spoke to a "senior technician" back at the office and he told him the compressor was completely shot and that I would need to get a quote from them for a new system. I had an alright experience last year with them but it was a teaser offer to get them out to your house, they talked me into signing up for their "comfort squad" service for once yearly ac and furnace tune up's. Well this year I called for an appointment for the AC in June, they hung up on me, I called again and was told that they only do club member work on AC in August after the cooling season is about over! I had this company out after 2 other companies could not fix my furnace they found my furnace getting exhaust in my house they called in 2 employees on a Saturday and installed a new furnace it works great highly recommend them a+++++++++ thanks
I called AirTech this morning because my furnace wasn't working and I have three small children at home. I was pretty excited when the gal that answered the phone told me they could be here within two hours!! The technician made me feel very comfortable and even wore the plastic things on his shoes to save my carpet, which is far more than my husband will even do!! Anyway, the furnace was running again in no time and it was quite affordable. I would definately use their service again and I could recommend others do the same.... read more
