Joe and Eric are the best. They diagnosed my issues quickly and were both patient and flexible in working with the warranty company in covering the repair. Thank you both!
They had told me they fixed my alternator, after replacing it, it went bad within a month. I went back to the shop to honor a warranty in which they told me they don't like working for free. At the time I was told they were trustworthy through family but they actually did not work on the car the second time. I took it to a dealership right afterwards. Welby and Eric Torres are truly masters of their craft. Quality work and excellent costumer service. Very reasonable pricing as well. I took my car in for an AC repair. They did a considerable amount of work to it, I had it back on the road and with ice cold AC in a day! That’s an amazing turn around time! Always the best from these guys. I have been taking my vehicles to Eric & Welby for years and they always provide a professional high quality experience. The quality and value are unmatched. They are a super small shop but are high on making sure the customers are taken care of properly. Attention to detail and only fix what is wrong or needs to be addressed nothing that isn't necessary. They have my business for life!
Love these guys. They are wonderful. Firestone refused to fix my car they had it for 3 days. Took it to Welby and Eric and they had it done within 2 hours or less. Reasonable prices and very friendly they treat you like family. Thanks again guys.
