Joe and Eric are the best. They diagnosed my issues quickly and were both patient and flexible in working with the warranty company in covering the repair. Thank you both!
They had told me they fixed my alternator, after replacing it, it went bad within a month. I went back to the shop to honor a warranty in which they told me they don't like working for free. At the time I was told they were trustworthy through family but they actually did not work on the car the second time. I took it to a dealership right afterwards. Love these guys. They are wonderful. Firestone refused to fix my car they had it for 3 days. Took it to Welby and Eric and they had it done within 2 hours or less. Reasonable prices and very friendly they treat you like family. Thanks again guys.
Just spent 260$ and still have the same problem, please don't make the same mistake as i did and trust this shop and they work, you can find better and cheaper then 145$ a hour. Another fake shop that will mess you over unless you have money to throw away
Welby and Eric Torres are truly masters of their craft. Quality work and excellent costumer service. Very reasonable pricing as well. I took my car in for an AC repair. They did a considerable amount of work to it, I had it back on the road and with ice cold AC in a day! That’s an amazing turn around time!
