We brought our sxs in to have the HVAC checked as it didn't seem to be functioning properly. The service dept. did a good job of taking down what info I had for them. The work was completed by the date they estimated. When speaking with the tech he was very thorough in his explanation of everything he did to come up with his diagnosis. Everyone we dealt with through the purchase and then the service appointment were great to deal with!! We have also had great interactions with all the people in the parts dept.
Amazing service and an overall wonderful experience. After trying to fix my 22 XRS 600R myself (and spending $700) I finally gave up and brought my baby to Airtec. It wound up being a bad ECU and injector, they TCB quickly and efficiently and were able to explain, in detail, every step they took. 5 stars, I cant say enough positives, it was well worth the 45 minute drive each way.
Great bunch of people that sell machines at a fail price. What more can I ask for.
