Was in birchwood for only a 3day ride when my ranger was acting up with a miss ! Although they were backed up with lots of work they squeezed me in and back to atving in a couple hours!! Great people at this place ! 👍🏻
Great customer service.!! They were really busy, but managed to fit me in for an oil change to accommodate my schedule. I will always have my SxS serviced with them! If i could I'd give them 10 stars!

Driving to our lake house for the guys annual fall fishing trip from our friends house in stone lake. Hear a strange sound as i leave with the boat/trailer. Sheared off a bolt on the back cross beam with the rollers, have an inch of road clearance. Got it ratchet strapped up to have 5" of clearance...limp it over to the dealership. Talk to Cal, he says they are swamped, can look at it tuesday when they reopenits a saturday around 1030am ...i tell him we have 7 guys on our trip, two boats...ask him if please, is there anythin... read more
