It was great working with Rick. We also appreciated the other employees of Airtec sharing their knowledge about our purchase. It was a great experience. Rick is not a high pressure salesman at all. We really like our new Talon. Would highly recommended Airtec
Purchased a 2026 Kawasaki Ridge Crew, salesman was Rick Rein. I went in looking for a Kawasaki, may have made an easier sale. I was looking for a UTV to put a plow on, and some other accessories. Rick was awesome listening to me and my wife, and getting all the accessories we were looking for added. He was not pushy at all, Rick is a great salesman! Definitely recommend checking out Airtec Sports in Menomonie.
Very knowledgeable and friendly sales people are always willing to answer questions and .are you feel welcome!
The service department was quick to update me on servicing and repairing my ATV. Called me frequently on parts options and availability. The price was fair. I will bring my Kawasaki to Airtec Menomonie again for service.
Very friendly and helpful with any questions highly recommend going there to see them
