Airstream of Wyoming helped me out, even though I didn’t own an Airstream. I have a 27’ Class C RV. I had a Black Valve on my RV come apart in my hand as I opened it. I was in Jackson, but the one Mobile RV businesses had a message on their recording saying they were on vacation for 2 weeks. So, I was headed South towards Utah, and this business was the only one I saw over 200 miles. Lifesavers and super nice. Just about to head home and facing a 7 hours drive, we noticed a major issue with our camper's wheel hub and began scrambling to find any kind of tire and/or auto repair shop in and around Alpine, WY. There's nothing. I remembered passing the Airstream dealership :15 minutes down the road earlier in our trip and called to ask if they could help. Would give more stars if I could. Arrived in Jackson from Texas with a broken AC and a clogged hot water mixing valve. Erica got me an appointment for two days later. Everyone at the Center was so friendly and the place is beautiful and immaculate. They fixed my AC problem (huge squirrel nest from TN) and completely cleaned and serviced both AC units. We were just driving through the area and pulled in because one of the campers caught our eye. We let ourselves in to check it out and one of the sales reps, Ashley, came out to greet us. We told her we were just looking for the first time and not from the area but she continued to help us regardless. She was super informed and able to answer all of our questions off the top of her head. Absolutely the best service department I’ve encountered at any RV dealership. The team is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help.
