We drove seven hours to do a consignment deal with airstream of Virginia, and after a month was advised that they are unable to do a consignment. Extremely disappointed and frustrated in this entire process would not recommend this place to anybody.
They have is the run around, waited an hour and half just to find out the pop up wouldn't open. Was talking into placing a deposit on a camper we didn't see to keep it from being sold. Then kept getting calls with different dates on when the party's works be in to fix it. Three weeks later we asked for our deposit back.... sketchy is the best way to explain the whole experience. We will continue to tent camp!
Sales person was very friendly and not pushy. Bought a leftover 2024 Airstream. Nice unit. Fianace manager Christopher Phelps needs to find a new profession. He is very rude and curt. Had a glitch when I went to pick up unit. I told them the vehicle that I’d be using and lo and behold they told me the $1000 plus dollar towing kit they sold me wasn’t going to work because it wouldn’t fit my truck ? It took us almost 3 months to received our title and have ownership our an AS which we paid in full. The title took about a month to receive, however the wrong information was written on it, which needed to be sent back, then waited another 5 weeks or so to receive a correct one It wouldn't been so terrible if someone took ownership and acknowledged the mistake, but, it felt like it was always someone else's problem and we were an inconvenience to them. Dont bother. The customer service is non existent.
