They have some parts but when asked if they could order parts for MCD Innovation blinds, the parts dept. had no clue who this company is or even seemed interested in finding the part. My Winnebago is not an off brand or old. They should have at least looked. Makes me wonder if they know anything about Blue Ox gear.

My son bought a fifth wheel camper. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. They also gave us other dealers where we could get the camper service that were closer to home. All in all, they were very accommodating.
