Customer service is terrible. They did work on my van and made things better. That is why I did not give them a 1 star.Sebastian said I needed to come back. I told Sebastian I would be leaving the 28 th and asked multiple times if they could get it done. He said they could and I should come back Tuesday at 10 as they could get parts in 24 hours. Finding help when a problem happens on the road is often a challenge and doesn’t always end well—ask me how I know—so I was wary when I arrived at Airstream of Tampa today. I had called and left voicemail for the service departments at two Airstream dealers within a days drive—only Sebastian at Tampa called me back. He squeezed me in for a service appointment in spite of the chaos following the recent, huge Tampa RV show and quickly resolved my problem … at no charge! I couldn’t be a happier camper.
Nice modern quality trailers with a vintage look. Excellent customer service. The only minus point is that they are plug in, they don’t have a generator besides that they are very nice
Sebastian and the folks at Airstream of Tampa were excellent. We were able to schedule an appointment that fit of travel needs and they went out of their way to make our experience a great one.
Just bought a used 2024 Caravel. (60k out the door.). Sales experience was a normal sales experience but we had the camper for less than 24 hours and got locked inside it. Now we are quite disappointed because the dealership is giving us a hard time about paying the $100 it cost to get the door mechanism fixed. We bought from a dealership because we expected to get taken care of properly.
