My wife and I received first class service! We have bought RVs from other dealers and never experienced the outstanding service we received from North Trail and Airstream of South Florida. The sales process went well, immediate support for the repair of a small issue went well. However, ALL of the other “promised” repairs and punch list items I have emailed them about are falling on deaf ears. They can’t even manage to call me back to discuss them. I’m taking it to a different dealer for all the little repairs, but if they do finally make the one major repair right, I will consider revising my review.
