The sales process went well, immediate support for the repair of a small issue went well. However, ALL of the other “promised” repairs and punch list items I have emailed them about are falling on deaf ears. They can’t even manage to call me back to discuss them. I’m taking it to a different dealer for all the little repairs, but if they do finally make the one major repair right, I will consider revising my review.
Salesperson Tom Watts went beyond our expectations to answer all our questions, and had the staff provide exemplary service. We love North Trail RV and the experience we had purchasing our new Air Stream.
From the very first contact with our salesman Cody Smith the experience was head and shoulders above other experiences. Then going thru the extremely thorough training with Mark Voytek they both did a great job answering all our questions(and still do well after the sale). Purchased a 2018 flying cloud. I was lied to from beginning about a simple trailer hitch. The sales man argued with me and basically called me a liar. Eventually a manager called me apologizing in a 30 minute long phone call advising this is not the kind of business that they are and that he would be refunding me half the purchase the new hitch. Almost a year later, and no refund issued.
Words can’t express the enormous gratitude I have for the amazing team at North Trail RV Center. To say they went above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. When I told the team that I was heading out with my 2 dogs in our Airstream Interstate for 6 months to see the best this country has to offer, the team went out of their way to ensure I was set up with everything I needed to have the adventure of a lifetime!
