Ernesto was amazing! He gave us pertinent info without being pushy, he stayed close without being intrusive. Everyone with Blue Compass was fantastic, from the finance guy to the maintenance guy that showed us how to use the RV, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Love our new Grand Design and can’t wait to go camping.
Chris was super fantastic with the demo and teaching us everything we need to know about our new camper. Zoe our sales rep was patient and very helpful finding a camper that best fit our needs.
Don’t waste your time. We purchased our unit from this location; large, very gently used super c. From day 2 there were things that needed repair or replaced. A manufacturer’s part in which they ordered took repeated calls which started as weeks and turned into over 2 months to receive. Later we took it in for the scheduled maintenance and that’s where the worst of it happened.
