Updated review: We are very disappointed in the service we have received so far with Blue Compass beyond our initial purchase. We had to move out of our camper (we were living in it while building a house) and find another place to live while we had some extensive warranty repairs done. It’s been multiple months now with no movement forward. The warranty claim was approved from the Grand Design manufacturer many weeks ago, but Blue Compass still has not ordered the parts.
