If I could rate this dealership 0/5 stars I would. Do not buy Used items from this location. We hopped on the opportunity to purchase a used 2004 Safari as soon as we saw it on their website. The sales team had no understanding of the finance options and still confirmed appointments for us when the finance time was out of office. After a grueling sale and 6 months of waiting while they made “upgrades and repairs” to the unit… we got the trailer in hand and have been deeply disappointed with the quality. We've had a great experience across the board. Sales, Service and Parts all did well by us. Purchased here and have been back for all our service.
Like the one 1️⃣ hour long show that I watched in us in a few years and it made me feel so bad for him that it was just the first
Jessica, Shawn and the service gang have treated us very well over the past couple of years. We bought our Airstream in VA and it has had several issues, fortunately most covered by the extended warranty. We have also stored our trailer there. Like anyplace these days, folks are busy, but we always feel listened too and enjoy working with them. Since I had bought my new 2023 Flying Cloud only two months prior, every week, something else wasn’t working.
