I purchased a brand new 2024 Airstream Rangeline. Brought it in for service because it had a fuel line leak and the sensor was busted before I drove it 2k miles. Now it's been in the service department for months where they are understaffed and dismissive. Good luck getting your van or trailer back if you purchase an airstream and do warranty work.
After dealing with Scott in parts, I felt super comfy working with this dealer. Scott was very informative and openly made recommendations which I appreciated. Grayson in the service dept was very courteous and helpful. During my visit today I felt as though I was a valued customer as an Airstream user. Fantastic experience all around. Coby in sales is no pressure but all follow through. We wanted a specific model / features and Hannah the sales manager was on a mission to find the exact Airstream for us. The negotiation / purchase process was game free and more than fair.
