My wife & I recently retired and have been thinking about getting another RV (the last two we had were cheap A-class units with Ford or Chevy chassis that broke down every time we took them out). We last camped in a motorhome 30 years ago with our kids! This time we were looking at C-class and B-class Sprinter chassis camper vans. Enter Danny Watson! As always, I had an excellent experience with Airstream of Colorado. Dave in service took care of my Basecamp and was able to get an issue covered by warranty.
I took my Airstream Bambi to Airstream of Colorado for repairs. Dropped off the trailer mid November. After 2 months I called and was told that my "phone was not working". (my phone has always worked correctly). I was quoted $3500 for a brake repair that was not needed- apparently my service advisor Dave mixed up my unit with another). Picked up the unit in February. It has been 60 days, and my Airstream still has no working heater. In the Colorado winter, this is a safety issue, yet I’ve been met with nothing but excuses. I’ve worked with Devon (Service Advisor) and escalated to Anna (Service Manager), but neither has provided a resolution or a firm timeline. Taking two months to fix a furnace on a premium product is unacceptable. Airstream of Colorado has essentially left me with an unusable rig. Do not trust your service needs to this team.
