I had a great experience working with Airstream of Austin (Buda, TX). Janene was very pleasant to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything easy to understand. Customer Review – Airstream of Austin Purchase 06/2025 We drove from Fort Worth to Airstream of Austin to purchase our new trailer, and our salesperson, Amber, was absolutely amazing! She handled everything perfectly — professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make the buying process smooth. Alexa is awesome. I'm fairly new to this RV thing and she was super responsive and answered all my questions in a way that was informative and educational. That made the process so much more simple. I'd work with her again, no question.
I wanted to provide an update to this review.Since posting the below review in regards to my experience the blue Compass team really has stepped up in an effort to make things right . Terri Gola from Blue compass reached out immediately and began working on the issue. She was able to work with Airstream to isolate the issue.
