Excellent experience from friendly and helpful staff! Stopped in last minute after another RV dealer jerked us following a 9 hour road trip. Amber helped us find the perfect trailer for our needs. So glad we stopped in. Made a deal on a beautiful Airstream trailer that was twice as good as what we were previously looking at and without blowing out our budget. Highly recommend!
Charles Smith our service advisor handed over our precious Caravel into the hands of Luke our service tech who installed our new door lock, new outdoor shower and re installed our tv mount while covering up the old holes in May this year. UPDATE August 25, 2025 sadly after leaving Airstream about two months later we discovered that some of the tv mount parts had not been returned to us! After making several calls begging for help and trying to find out if they still had our missing parts we’ve still NOT HAD ONE CALL RETURNED... read more
