We had our Airstream in today for some minor service issues and are delighted with the experience! We were promised that it would go to the shop right away, for evaluation, which it was. Steve, the service rep, was outstanding, keeping us updated throughout the entire visit. We purchased our rig here last year with great trepidation, given the reputation of Camper Clinic, but Airstream of Austin did not disappoint!
Sales experience was fine, but service is a train wreck. We picked up our brand new Airstream but never got a walk-thru. We were met by a very nice, but new to Airstream, tech who tried to answer our questions. This is my 3rd airstream, so I kind knew what to check. When I pointed out the awning didn’t work correctly, he went to get the sales manager who told me that’s how it’s supposed to work. We recently worked with Alexa at Airstream of Austin and traded in our Basecamp for a new Bambi. Alexa was professional, friendly, and responsive right from the first time we spoke. We had a very pleasant experience purchasing from Airstream of Austin. We would highly recommend Babette in Sales! Brian made the finance part very clear and straightforward all while being friendly and professional. The service and parts guys made the pickup and delivery process very easy with installation of the hitch and explaining the workings of the Airstream.
