I used these people a number of years ago and I convinced a friend of mine to use them also. They installed a smaller furnace in my friends house and charged them for the bigger furnace. Well my problems were a night mare and trying to get the owner Ed to return my calls where not happening. The hot water tank would keep cutting out. (Why because they put in a new stack and covered up the hole for the hot water tank to vent) Finally I had the City inspector get a hold of Ed. We got 2 new AC units installed for best price in early May this year and commissioned in service early June. Everything went perfectly with Airstream. I was initially considering Costco but I can guarantee I got better deal. Had to book service call in August and they showed up next day to for quick gas top up. Good luck getting customer service in less than 24 hours from any other provider. They also texted and checked if service call addressed the concern. Highly recommend Airstream. Great local company and service.

I recently had an A/C unit installed by Airstream based on a recommendation from a family member and was satisfied with the work that was completed, however, when we had received the quote, I had followed up with the owner Ed on a discounted price that was a little bit more comfortable for us (as we are first time home buyers), and I was told "we will see what we can do".
