The service at Airstream Charlotte is exceptional
We bought a Mercedes Airstream interstate from them. From the beginning to end, we had great experience. Zach is an amazing closer, and he went out of the way to make things work for us. He do stand behind his words. We came all the way from Houston to him to get the rare Black color in Mercedes Interstate Airstream 4x4 which is a hard find. Tammy is very pleasant, and she helped picking us from airport to the showroom, and made it all an easy process to finish the purchase.
I love this place! Tammy, Ethan, Q, and Will were beyond helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone interested in an Airstream!
My wife and I had a great experience with the service department at Airstream of Charlotte. Ethan was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. We never felt rushed, and we really appreciated how thorough and helpful he was. Our repairs and new bike rack were completed on time and professionally. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and how smoothly everything was handled. We also really enjoyed talking with Will. He was very friendly and took the time... read more
Needed help diagnosing and repair, right before a trip. Ethan worked with me via phone and email for 2 days (I’m almost 2 hours away). Gave me a VERY timely appointment before my trip, and had me in, fixed and out in several hours. Met the owner while waiting. A very cool guy that loves Airstream& camping. Airstream Charlotte is now my go to shop when I need service!
