Called them for mobile RV repair to determine why my RV steps weren’t coming down. Charged me $300 or so to diagnose the problem. The motor needed to be replaced I asked for an estimate to do the repair. They never got to me even though I contacted them to remind them. Finally went on YouTube and figured out how to do it myself.
The entire team was customer focused and took time with us. Never felt any pressure, we looked at six models after the one that brought us there. Very knowledgeable in all products. We purchased a 2022 model and it was super clean, they provided a detailed walkthrough with great explanations on how everything worked. A great buying experience. Five-star service at Airstream of Charlotte! I got my coach back in just one week with all repairs completed. Cydney was fantastic to work with—she kept me updated throughout the process and was patient enough to explain several technical details I didn't know about my Airstream. If you need service, ask for Cydney. She and the rest of the team are top-notch

The communication was truly top‑notch, and I always felt informed about what was happening with my coach. John, the service manager, was especially great! He was clear, consistent, and easy to work with. On top of that, the pricing was fair, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend their service team. I’ll definitely return for any future needs.
