Picked up our 27' in August, still waiting on a cushion. HUGE turnover in staff, no accountability, won't honor what has been promised in writing. Service manager was rude, won't do a warranty repair because they are understaffed due the virus causing the dealership to close down, but at the same timeframe the sales department emails us all to share they've had a record month of over 100 sales but plenty of stock left. Bad service. Dishonest. Bought a 27' there, and upon pick up it was still filthy. Every drawer and cabinet still had previous owner's stuff, even the TP rolls and sewer hoses. We had to clean it ourselves at the dealership. They didn't even properly drain the tanks. The black tank valve ended up being broken and we've had several other issues that we were assured would be okay. They won't schedule us for service, and then they lied about scheduling. They suck!! They treat their employees Like dirt!! They have fired all the Good techs,etc. and kept all the flunkys!! Bad service!!
They do not treat their employees well at all.

My wife and I full-time in our 30 foot Classic. We had a problem with our bathroom sink while on the road. The problem was supposedly fixed at a dealer in the Seattle area, but wasn't! We were passing through the Boise area so we contacted Airstream Adventures NW in Caldwell, ID. Service Advisor Justin Bell got us right in and had the problem corrected within two hours. I can’t thank Chris, Katie, Steve and Tyler for the care you took in finding us just the right used 30ft Flying Cloud, then the great instructions delivery Steve gave me on Wednesday to Tyler for the fast delivery service on Thursday. The LabPad is now all setup and ready to be our basecamp to so many adventures.
