Honestly, I can't believe I am having to deal with this situation. I have never received such poor service and indifference from a company in my life. I purchased a new unit less than 2 weeks ago. The salesman, Joseph, made many promises, none of which have been kept and now my unit does not work at all. It is likely a small issue with the install, electrical, etc... Doesn't matter. Excellent inventory and great prices
Over 2 weeks and 3 electricians just to hook up a hot tub for over $2000!! UPDATE------Weeks later got a Air South $50 gift card in the mail after complaining. Woo-Hoo. :-( Months later when doing some major landscaping in our backyard, we found the electrical cable--- which Air South was suppose to have buried several inches underground--- just under some mulch. UPDATE-- got a voicemail from their CEO in Jackson, demanding that "we need to talk." NEVER apologized for poor service!

Could not add to my previous review of Air South but it is now October 14th. I have not called Air South yet but the problem that I thought was resolved in June was not actually resolved. The supervisor was able to get the fan to shut off during the normal cycle on and off but I just tried turning the fan from auto to on and nothing happened. Want to start this review here before I call for an appointment.
