Their representative went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I had all the right equipment to keep my RV livable in the cold which, as a full timer on the move, is invaluable. My wife and I have a Keystone camper that we keep in Montana, where winters can be brutal. After a lot of research, we decided to try AirSkirts - and it’s one of the best RV upgrades we’ve ever made. Ordered on website where it still says “ships in 5-7 days”. I paid for these a month ago and they have still not shipped. Whole process has been a nightmare and I’m about 2 seconds from disputing the charge. I’m not going to get these in time for winter and I think it’s bad business to lie so openly about shipping on your website. Would have never ordered them if they were honest with lead time. Stay away unless you have 2 months for delivery…
We bought Airskirts 3 years ago for our RiverStone 42FSKG as we were going to be full time living in Montana. I also knew I needed something that was lighter weight and easy to handle as I would be the one dealing with the skirting. They are amazing and so worth the money. They not only have an amazing warranty but the greatest staff you could ever ask for.
