I had gotten a flat tire and pulled into their parking lot, unsure of what to do. The woman at the front desk immediately came out to check on me and kindly offered help, even saying she could have one of the guys assist with changing my tire. I truly appreciated that. Harley was incredibly kind and took the time to replace my tire with my spare. Our outside unit quit working in the middle of the night so I reached out to Neili in the office. She worked quickly got me on the schedule same day. That afternoon, we had the pleasure of working with the technician Q. He is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable about all things AC. He had us fixed up within an hour of arriving and my home was already cooled off when he left. Overall Air Simplicity has some of the best employees and have pretty competitive pricing as well.
Their technicians Eric and Daniel were awesome! They answered my questions honestly and clear enough for me to understand my situation. So glad I called them.
