I installed the class 7 hitch on my 2021 Ford F350 to tow my 4.5 tonne caravan. I took it on a trip to western Queensland over some really bad undulating and poorly maintained roads. It performed really well. On my current trip, there was an incident that resulted in damage to where you inflate the airbag. It was no fault of the product. I rang the importer and he volunteered to personally drive the part out to me, as he was in the area.
