Dr. St. Dizier was awesome! I was dealing with tendinitis in both of my knees for 3 months prior to going to PT. I continued to push off seeing somebody for my pain because I was concerned they would tell me to stop playing football and basketball. Dr. St. Dizier was able to reduce my pain, strengthen my knee, and provide a routine to ultimately reduce my tendinitis, in just a few short weeks, all without putting a pause on my active hobbies. Highly recommend Dr. St. Dizier!

I was referred to Airrosti Tanglewood from someone I know. I had shoulder pain that extremely limited my mobility. A cortisone shot with my orthopedist still left me in pain. After my 1st visit with Dr.Tong, I knew treatment here would work. I received myofascial release treatment of the area with each visit and then physical therapy exercises to complete.
