Shocker - another awesome experience at Airrosti with Dr. Hilton. This time was to treat shoulder tightness about 6 months post surgery. Per usual, walked in with discomfort and exited in much better shape!
Let me just say, I’ve never met an Airrosti provider I didn’t like… and Dr. Sierra Coughlin is next-level amazing! 🙌 I walked (well, hobbled) in on a Tuesday, barely able to move without wincing from pain in the side of my upper thigh (thanks, angry IT band). By Wednesday, I was walking almost completely pain-free, and by Friday, I was back to working out and officially discharged. I only needed TWO visits. I was a bit on the fence, but I do feel better after.
This was my first time going through physical therapy and I will always come back here when I need help. Dr Hilton was incredible to work with and it’s clear their goal is to heal you, not put you on a long program to drain your wallet. They got me in and out in just three visits with exercises that I can do at home.
