Utterly atrocious customer service, book this venue through VRBO months ago for our stay 4th of July weekend. Arrived to find cabinet doors falling off of cabinets, utensils missing from the kitchen, insects dead and littering the unit, and makeup stains that easily washed out when put in the washing machine on towels that were folded and neatly presented for use. Arrived at apartments..directions good, although they missed explaining how to get out of gated car park. Needs to be added please** Room ok, linen provided stained and not enough to cover 2 people..just awful 😢 Can't get replacement till tomorrow. 1 Bedroom apartment not as per pictures provided on website.. Beware **
Disappointed. Apartment was clean enough but quite a few missing/broken items. Broken soap pump, bathroom sink faucet, showerhead missing a piece, broken stool. No extra towels or linens. Horrible commercial toilet paper, no cable/internet and no toiletries. Bed very comfortable. Nice location and the Green Goat eatery that's attached was delicious!
